Feedback
As part of our continuous improvement we welcome your feedback at anytime. We love to hear stories of how our care team has helped patients and their families. However if you have had an experience that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact the Practice Manager, Faith McMenamin either via phone or by email to admin@malenymedical.com.au We also conduct anonymous surveys from time to time and appreciate your time in completing that for us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Health Ombudsman either online (Make a complaint – Office of the Health Ombudsman) or by phone 133 OHO (133 646).
